Payment:

Most self-referring patients will be expected to pay after each treatment session. Payment can be made either by cash,cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

However if authorisation is gained from an insurer/solicitor/case manager we may invoice them directly for your treatment.

Cleethorpes Physio Clinic is recognised by most of the major insurance companies. However, if you wish to claim on your health insurance you will need to check with your insurance company prior to treatment to ensure that you are covered. Some companies require a referral from a Doctor beforehand and we strongly advise you to check this before receiving treatment otherwise you will be liable for the cost of the session.

Each insurer is different in the way that they operate as far as payment is concerned. Some require you to pay for your own treatment and then claim the costs back whereas others allow us to invoice them directly. It is important that you clarify this with your insurer prior to arranging an appointment with us.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. We regret to advise than anybody offering notice of less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation charge equal to the full price of the session.
