Our physiotherapists are friendly, approachable and professional. We pride ourselves on providing the most effective treatment to enable you to return to work and/or activities of daily living both safely and as quickly as possible.
All of our physiotherapists are degree qualified Chartered Physiotherapists which means we are regulated by the Health Professionals Council (HPC), ensuring our skills are updated regularly via continuous professional development.
Our ethos is to advise you on effective and realistic self management strategies, in order that you can come to fully understand your condition. This should result in your ability to confidently manage your pain and enjoy a better quality of life without the need for ongoing treatment sessions and un-necessary expense.

Adele Eve

Adele is the Clinical Lead Therapist at Cleethorpes Physio Clinic. She is a highly experienced clinician specialising in sports injuries and spinal physiotherapy.
She uses her in-depth knowledge gained within both the public and private sectors to help people to rehabilitate following pain, injury or disability. Clients vary from elite sports people through to those with decreased mobility and the elderly.
Adele began her Career at Diana Princess of Wales hospital, Grimsby, qualifying in 2007 as a Chartered Physiotherapist. Here she gained a wealth of knowledge in various clinical settings, before specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and treating people with highly complex problems and pain issues.
Adele uses her extensive experience to establish the root cause of an injury or presentation and is committed to ensuring her patients both understand and agree on how to work towards a long-term solution.
Joanne Richardson

Joanne graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 2013. Prior to this she had been working as a physiotherapy assistant within the NHS for over 5 years.
Joanne is a highly dedicated and professional clinician, currently working in both the public and private sectors. She has established an excellent base of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions and has a special interest in Neurological and Respiratory Rehabilitation. Joanne leads the Neurological Rehabilitation service at Cleethorpes Physio Clinic.
Further to her BSc Hons degree in Chartered Physiotherapy, Joanne also has a diploma in sports injuries & massage therapy.
Claire Gray

Claire qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in September 2017 & joined our team here at Cleethorpes Physio Clinic in 2018.
She has a wealth of experience in the physiotherapy profession, having worked as a Physiotherapy assistant in the NHS for more than 10 years.
After graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in 2017, Claire has worked on a rotational basis throughout the NHS service gaining experience in a variety of physiotherapy specialties.
Further to her BSc Hons degree in Chartered Physiotherapy, Claire has a diploma in Sports Massage & the FA Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in football.
