Foot
The foot is the last point of the lower leg which bears weight and allows locomotion (movement). The foot is an extremely complex yet strong part of the anatomy, made up of 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments.
This is perhaps the reason why injuries to the foot are so common and can cause great difficulty and disruptions to your daily life.
Here at Cleethorpes Physio Clinic we are very aware of the problems injuries to the foot can cause and we strongly recommend early intervention in order to achieve the most effective outcomes over both the short and longer term.
